These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Backpockit AI demo service (“Service”) provided by Backpockit AI LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), an AI-powered receptionist for home service professionals. By using our Service, you (“User,” “you”) agree to these Terms.

1. Demo Service

This Service is currently in demo/beta stage and is provided as-is for testing and evaluation purposes only. Features and performance may change without notice.

2. Third-Party Services

Our Service uses third-party technologies, including but not limited to ElevenLabs, Inc., for voice synthesis and processing. By using our Service, you consent to your call audio being processed by such third-party providers in accordance with their terms and privacy policies.

3. No Liability

The Service is provided without any warranties of any kind.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Backpockit AI LLC disclaims all liability for:

• Lost revenue, profit, or business opportunities
• Any other losses resulting from the use of or inability to use the Service.

Because this is a demo, we do not guarantee uptime, accuracy, availability, or suitability for any particular purpose.
